The Basic Kiddush:

The cost of the basic Kiddush is $360.00.  You can co-sponsor a Kiddush for $180.

This includes a buffet of tuna salad, egg salad, sliced challahs, gluten free crackers and a “house selection” of sweets.  Beverages are lemonade, coffee, decaf, tea selection and ice water.  Also included are sliced challahs, wine and grape juice shots for blessings, standard table linen and disposable “eco friendly” guest wares.

You can also enhance a Kiddush with additional items at a cost of $.75 - $2.00 per person, depending on the item.  Possible items include:

 

MINIATURE BAGELS  freshly prepared, served open face with garnish

         Lox slices and cream cheese

         Lox and cream cheese spread

         Whitefish salad

         Cream cheese

         Cream cheese with fresh fruit garnish

 

SPREADS AND BREADS PRESENTATION  choices of listed spreads presented

with a cascade of sliced breads, mini bagels, crackers and pita

         Salmon salad

         Whitefish salad

         Hummus

         Smoked trout salad

         Capanata

         Olive tapenade

 

COLD FISH PRESENTATIONS

         Poached salmon with cucumber dill sauce

         Herb and pistachio crusted salmon

         Herring presentation; cream and wine with sliced breads, mini bagels and crackers

         Gefilte fish with homemade red horseradish

         Seared ahi on wonton strips, Asian vegetables, topped with a curried ginger sauce

 

HOT DISHES

         Cheese blintzes with sauce

         Noodle kugel with choice of apricots or cranberries

         Spinach ricotta soufflé

         Philo triangles with feta cheese and spinach

         Chili rellano casserole

         Quiches; artichoke heart and cheddar

                                                          Broccoli and mushroom

                                                          Sundried tomatoes and mozzarella

        Miniature knishes; potato and garlic or roasted vegetable

        Roasted vegetables and mozzarella cheese on French bread croutons

        Penne pasta with Alfredo Sauce and / or Marinara Sauce

        Pizza bagels

 

FRESH SALAD AND FRUIT PRESENTATIONS

         Fresh fruit presentation with pineapples, melons and berries

         Fresh fruit skewers

         Raw vegetables with choice of dip

         Marinated vegetables and penne pasta

         Asian pasta salad

         Wild rice and vegetable salad

         Israeli salad

         Pomodoro with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and balsamic vinaigrette

         Caesar salad with homemade croutons

         Marinated cucumbers and onions

         Eggplant salad

         Field green salad with cucumbers, jicama, red peppers, grape tomatoes, fresh

                    raspberries and raspberry vinaigrette

         Pasta salad fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, basil black olives, shaved Bermuda onion

                    and balsamic vinaigrette

         Asian vegetables topped with wonton strips, seared ahi and a curried ginger dressing

         Quinoa salad with marinated vegetables

         Sliced orange and avocado salad on field greens topped with a lemon vinaigrette

 

ACCOMPANIMENTS

         Deviled eggs

         Hummus and / or baba ganouj with pita triangles

         Cheese presentation with fine crackers

         Greek presentation with Greek olives, feta cubes and pita triangles

 

DESSERTS AND SWEETS  either whole cakes and pies with wait staff slicing to order; or a variety miniature “pick-up” sweets.  All desserts are homemade.
