Hamantaschen Project

For many years Rob and Susan Lederman (and the Blue Point Bakery) in collaboration with Mark Millenson Caterers have generously sponsored the dessert hamantaschen fundraiser for Rodef Shalom. Sisterhood members have provided the volunteers who complete the process. Our committee of volunteers puts the boxes together, attaches the labels for each order, and fills the boxes with those delicious hamantaschen. We also staff the pick-up table on the days following the baking and boxing. It's a great way to help the shul and spend some time visiting with one another. The best part is getting to eat the hamantaschen rejects! There are 15 - 20 people who volunteer to help with this project each year.
